A Year in Dinner: Week One

I am a list-maker.  Life just seems more manageable, in bullet points on a 3x5 card.  I also love to cook, and love to share what I've prepared with my family: one vary patient husband and Maxie, a bouncy brown dog with flying ears.  Maxie doesn't care about lists.  She just wants to lick the bowl when you're done.

The idea is simple: record the meals we prepare for a year.  Just for fun, and to share with those who wish to join us.  And maybe a recipe here and there, and a photo of a silly pup with goat cheese on her lower lip.

Week One:
Caramelized Onion Pasta with spinach and goat cheese
Chiles Rellenos
Veggie Shepherd's Pie
Egg Salad Sandwiches
Tofu Gyros
